Finago earns EcoVadis Silver, ranking among the top 15% of companies worldwide

Finago has been awarded a Silver medal in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment, placing the company among the top 15% of more than 130,000 companies rated worldwide. Finago prides in the result, which reflects strong, consistent performance in its most material topics, human rights and the environment.

The recognition comes as sustainability expectations keep rising. At the same time, companies are accelerating their own activities to improve their impact. As Finago expands, it is prioritising the alignment of its growing operations with consistent, group-wide sustainability processes, while continuing to perform at the top of its field.

“The assessment is evolving, and so are we. The demands are growing, and sustainability is becoming a real value creator, so the standards are rightly becoming tougher,” says Anni Kivisilta, Finago's Chief HR & Sustainability Officer. “We're focusing on growth and expansion, and still ranking among the leading companies globally. We're proud of this Silver medal, and our customers can continue to trust that we run our business responsibly.”

Finago's sustainability work continues across environmental, social and governance areas. In February 2026, the company's decarbonisation targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), committing Finago to science-based emissions reductions across its value chain. The company retained its ISO 27001 certification for information security covering the whole group, granted ownership to all employees through a broad-based ownership program, and maintained a gender balance of 45% women and 55% men. Finago also strengthened its supply chain practices through sustainability surveys, sanctions checks and its Supplier Code of Conduct. As it integrates operations across Finland, Sweden, Norway and Malaysia, Finago continues to align these practices consistently across the group.
