We are on a path to international growth with Heeros All-in-One invoice solution by harnessing our existing international presence and business partner ecosystem. Currently we serve customers to 20 countries. 

To ensure the successful growth in our international journey, we open a position of Director/Manager, International Sales and Partnerships to ramp-up the team to accelerate the international growth and lead the practices of the team.  

We are looking for a hands-on sales leader with positive energy and excellent people management skills. 

In this strategically important position you and your future team will take the international growth of Heeros to the next level. You will find the most suitable sales partners for Heeros and you will work closely with them as well as with cross-functional team inside Heeros.  

Previous experience from an international B2B software company and/or SaaS business will help you in your tasks.

We have identified the following skills that are essential for you to succeed in this role: 

  • Proven successes on international sales in the Nordics and Europe. 
  • Previous experience on B2B sales through partnerships. 
  • Experience on building a team and influencing others. 
  • Knowledge and experience on mid-segment B2B sales. 
  • Getting things done via effective collaboration and teamwork. 
  • Fluent spoken and written English, other language skills, especially Nordic languages and/or other European languages are seen as a plus. 

In addition, you must be willing to travel inside Europe to Heeros offices, customers and sales partners. Otherwise, you can work remotely. At Heeros, the teams are currently working in hybrid way, partly remotely and partly in the offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä and Turku in Finland and Delft in the Netherlands.
