We have today published our 2025 Sustainability Highlights. It’s a transparent view of our progress in environmental, social, and governance areas. People, information security and supply chain are at the heart of how we do our business in a responsible way.

It sets our direction. We’re proud to show that responsible business and commercial success go together.”
Report highlights

A short summary of the report:
- Strengthening managerial capabilities in supporting employee well-being
- Granting ownership to all employees through the broad‑based ownership program
- Gender-based equality level of 45% women and 55% men
- Retaining the ISO 27001 certification for consolidated Information Security Management Systems covering whole Finago
- Completing supply chain sustainability surveys, sanctions checks and requirement for agreeing with Supplier Code of Conduct to build trust
- EcoVadis Gold medal for the second year in a row.
This is our first sustainability report as one pan-Nordic company after Accountor Software, Heeros and 24SevenOffice became Finago in 2025. From now on, we’re strengthening our sustainability work across Finland, Norway and Sweden.
