Heeros Plc and OpenText Solutions have entered into a strategic partnership agreement expanding their relationship beyond Finland into European markets.
Heeros and OpenText (Formerly Liaison Technologies) having been partners for nearly 20 years are renewing and extending their existing agreement March 2021 for a further 5 years.
The new strategic partnership in servicing SMB segment allows the resell of OpenText Business Network technology hosted and managed by OpenText on behalf of Heeros customers. As a strategic go to market partner for Heeros, OpenText will see further coverage in the mid-market segment across Europe leveraging Heeros purchase and sales invoice solutions and knowledge.
Heeros’ core product lines will be added as complimentary solutions to Business Network offering enabling the streamlining of purchase and sales invoicing processes with modern and constantly evolving solutions suitable for the SMB customers. The invoice automation solution offered through the cooperation also supports the goal of the EU e-invoicing law, which was renewed in the spring, to accelerate the transition of companies to fully automated financial management.
