HOW DOES THE VALUE APPEAR IN YOUR DAILY WORK?
I always try to be open-minded towards new things and take on new challenges. I'm not afraid of failures, because they are also part of the job and you learn from them!
HOW CAN THE VALUE BE SEEN IN THE ACTIVITIES OF HEEROS EMPLOYEES?
At Heeros, we have a bold spirit of getting things done. We stick together, which is cliché, but very true! We each do our part and often even a little more to reach our goals.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PAST YEAR?
The year has gone by really fast! A lot has happened during the past year and I have been able to learn new things. Even though I've only been a part of the Heeros family for a little over a year, it feels like I've always been here. We have a great team!

We Evolve

HOW DOES THE VALUE APPEAR IN YOUR DAILY WORK?
I recently moved from a software developer position to a product manager role, so at the moment every day is its own learning journey. Maybe the change of role also demonstrates it well: I don't want to stay in one place. Instead, I want to constantly learn new things and develop myself both professionally and as a person. I hope this is reflected in my daily work.
HOW CAN THE VALUE BE SEEN IN THE ACTIVITIES OF HEEROS EMPLOYEES?
The value is visible everywhere: daily interactions show that people want to develop both themselves and the company's operations. The direction is onward and upward - together we are building an even better Heeros!
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PAST YEAR?
The past year has been exciting in many ways: The merger of Taimer into Heeros, the launch of the new Small Business unit and the jump to the role of product manager have ensured that there have been no dull moments! In many ways, things have gone in the right direction over the course of the year, and I am excitedly looking forward to 2023.

HOW DOES THE VALUE APPEAR IN YOUR DAILY WORK?
I would say it's reflected in my proactive way of working. For example, when a lot of new things and changes have happened in the organization during the past year, as a new Heeros employee I have actively made an effort to find out about things and thus been able to propose new ideas in my own area of responsibility. Since the use and maintenance of the CRM system is the sum of the processes of many different teams, I have been in touch with my colleagues and (hopefully) been able to ask the right questions so that the system will continue to serve everyone in the organization. Ownership has also meant that I don't leave things half-way, but strive to finish them, so that the matter is dealt with completely at once. In my opinion, this improves work efficiency and it also feels rewarding.
HOW CAN THE VALUE BE SEEN IN THE ACTIVITIES OF HEEROS EMPLOYEES?
The different teams at Heeros are in contact with each other often and everyone contributes to the best of their ability. With the help of good discussions and dialogue, we are able to make good results, and this was evident last year, when many different projects were completed.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PAST YEAR?
Last year was really eventful and interesting! It feels like I've been at Heeros longer than I actually have. I believe that the lessons learned from the past year will help in tackling this year's challenges and identifying opportunities. It is good to continue from here, thank you to all colleagues for the past year and good luck for this year!

We are Driven by Customer Outcomes

HOW DOES THE VALUE APPEAR IN YOUR DAILY WORK?
Regular and good quality interaction with the customer is the basis of everything. It is important to be able to listen and understand the customer. My daily work includes finding solutions to the needs or problems presented by customers, as well as proactively highlighting Heeros' offering, which can be used to enhance the customer's operational activities and create new business opportunities.
HOW CAN THE VALUE BE SEEN IN THE ACTIVITIES OF HEEROS EMPLOYEES?
We ask our customers for feedback regularly, not only in the annual NPS survey, but also during regular customer meetings. This feedback guides Heeros to act in a truly customer-oriented way, both in product development and in service provision.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PAST YEAR?
The year 2022 was a confusing year around the world and this was also reflected in my own feelings. Fortunately, good customer relations gave structure to my work, and the year also included some nice successes. I look forward to continuing into the new year from here.
